Our mission is to bridge the gap between American Jews and Israelis through business collaboration and leadership development, cultivating a space for the new generation of visionary leaders to strengthen the bond between Israel and the U.S. and create a lasting impact in the Jewish world and beyond.
Our Story
The Connect Israel program was born from a simple but powerful insight: young professionals who had visited Israel often found that their excitement faded after the trip.
Despite the transformative experience of being there, many felt there was no clear path to stay engaged or continue developing professionally once they returned home.
There was a need for something more—a program that would offer both personal meaning and professional development, not just an ending point after the trip.
In response, Connect Israel was created.
Connect Israel is not simply a fellowship, but a life-long initiative designed for successful mid-career professionals. The program fosters a mutual exchange of knowledge, expertise, and creative collaboration between Israeli and American professionals, giving participants the chance to accelerate their careers while building meaningful relationships with their Israeli counterparts.
